The 4th World Bicycle Forum eclipsed as the world’s largest discursive event on bicycling mobility and urban cycling cultures at the time.

About 6,500 (confirmed 6,495) participants from 37 countries gathered in Medellín, Colombia for the 4th World Bicycle Forum (Foro Mundial de la Bicicleta – #FMB4).

Themed “Cities for All,” the event celebrated and situated the bicycle as a powerful tool for urban transformation.

In 2014-2015 STC helped to prepare the world's largest grassroots-organised cycling event at the time, the Forum Mundial da Bicicleta which took place in Medellín, Colombia from 26 February to 1 March 2015. We were active to coordinate the event's program committee, manage international speakers and aid the promotion of the forum with campaigns for the Call for Proposals or or the #EmbassyRide | #WorldTour. We contributed directly to the program by hosting two workshops and moderating one keynote session of the main plenary.
